Landmarque Homes

We were asked us to produce a corporate identity, marketing literature and a website for this property development company located in Woking, Surrey.

The identity was developed using a stylish dark blue and metallic silver to convey the quality of the developments. From commissioning a photographer and also refining the site and floor plans – we designed a series of marketing brochures printed in full colour and metallic silver. Other promotional items included marketing leaflets and business stationery.

A regional advertising campaign – to market the latest development in Woking, was planned for a series of property newspapers and magazines, for this campaign we designed a flexible template which ensures the brand remained consistent and enabled a quick turnaround of adverts at short notice.
